Greeted by a friendly receptionist; into my appointment on time; optometrist thorough, friendly but professional too and gave feedback & explanations all the way... read more through. She explained also why she suggested coming back in a year next time (some changes in my vision that need watching); happily provided with a replacement glasses case (even though I wasn’t getting new glasses) as the spring on my existing case had gone.

The team at Evans and McMahon Tuggeranong have been sensational! Brett, Tony & Katherine were all super helpful. I contacted them late on a Friday with a painful eye... read more concern, and the optometrist, Katherine Gouliaev, kindly fitted me in to have a look and see how she could help. She was professional, thorough and knowledgeable, educating me on ways to help ease my condition over the weekend, and has since called me to check in and see how it is going. I have never had a medical professional do this before! We will definitely be using Katherine for all our optical needs from now on, with my wife already booked in for her latest check. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Evans and McMahon to anyone:)
