Attended my 2 yearly check up. Greeted by a friendly receptionist; into my appointment on time; optometrist thorough, friendly but professional too and gave feedback & explanations all the way... read more through. She explained also why she suggested coming back in a year next time (some changes in my vision that need watching); happily provided with a replacement glasses case (even though I wasn’t getting new glasses) as the spring on my existing case had gone.
