Greeted by a friendly receptionist; into my appointment on time; optometrist thorough, friendly but professional too and gave feedback & explanations all the way... read more through. She explained also why she suggested coming back in a year next time (some changes in my vision that need watching); happily provided with a replacement glasses case (even though I wasn’t getting new glasses) as the spring on my existing case had gone.

Very helpful with my transition to contact lenses. Would recommend they have been very helpful over the years to me would recommend.
