Greeted by a friendly receptionist; into my appointment on time; optometrist thorough, friendly but professional too and gave feedback & explanations all the way... read more through. She explained also why she suggested coming back in a year next time (some changes in my vision that need watching); happily provided with a replacement glasses case (even though I wasn’t getting new glasses) as the spring on my existing case had gone.

Everyone was wonderful. An emergency appointment for blurred vision within two hours of calling. All questions answered and the situation explained and relief that it was not something... read more catastrophic. Best team of people all so kind, considerate and understanding.
