Attended my 2 yearly check up. Greeted by a friendly receptionist; into my appointment on time; optometrist thorough, friendly but professional too and gave feedback & explanations all the way through. She explained also why she suggested coming back in a year next time (some changes in my vision that need watching); happily provided with a replacement glasses case (even though I wasn’t getting new glasses) as the spring on my existing case had gone.

I was impressed by the ability to incorporate empathy in their work practice.

The team at Evans and McMahon Tuggeranong have been sensational! Brett, Tony & Katherine were all super helpful. I contacted them late on a Friday with a painful eye concern, and the optometrist, Katherine Gouliaev, kindly fitted me in to have a look and see how she could help. She was professional, thorough and knowledgeable, educating me on ways to help ease my condition over the weekend, and has since called me to check in and see how it is going. I have never had a medical professional do this before! We will definitely be using Katherine for all our optical needs from now on, with my wife already booked in for her latest check. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Evans and McMahon to anyone:)

From my experience I can highly recommend Evans and McMahon optometrists. They are very professional and use the latest technology. They have a large range of frames and the technical staff are very helpful when helping you select frames and fitting them.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. For me they were very patient and went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service and my 2 pairs of glasses. They were also a very reasonable price for a higher quality frame and lenses.

My son attended the practice to have a behavioral optimist assessment. As he is only 7 he was a little nervous and shy. Victoria who did his assessment not only made him comfortable but made the experience FUN! Victoria kept my son engaged and calm making the experience more than pleasant! These guys are fantastic. In my very first visit to check if I would need a pair of glasses, they picked up a potential retinal damage (unrelated to the issue I went there for) in my eyes and referred me to a specialist fast. This prevented a a much bigger vision problem I would have had in the future. I am truly grateful for your competence and professionalism. I have since been recommending you to friends and family.
