Really nice, patient and professional

Everyone was wonderful. An emergency appointment for blurred vision within two hours of calling. All questions answered and the situation explained and relief that it was not something catastrophic. Best team of people all so kind, considerate and understanding.

Viv fitted me in for a consultation with Nick when I experienced blurring in one eye and difficulty reading. Firstly Nick allayed my fears and then conducted a thorough examination which included scans of my eyes. He explained in detail what was wrong and what could be done to fix the problem. Having entered as an extremely anxious patient I left with knowledge and confidence. Thank you Nick for your time and patience.

E&M have been my optometrists for 3 decades and despite all the changes that have happened in that time, they have remained a great local business. I've had 3 visual emergencies in the past 3 years and they have been great, fitting me in on short notice and helping me get the right treatment. And their reception staff are fabulous!

From my experience I can highly recommend Evans and McMahon optometrists. They are very professional and use the latest technology. They have a large range of frames and the technical staff are very helpful when helping you select frames and fitting them.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. For me they were very patient and went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service and my 2 pairs of glasses. They were also a very reasonable price for a higher quality frame and lenses.

Attended my 2 yearly check up. Greeted by a friendly receptionist; into my appointment on time; optometrist thorough, friendly but professional too and gave feedback & explanations all the way through. She explained also why she suggested coming back in a year next time (some changes in my vision that need watching); happily provided with a replacement glasses case (even though I wasn’t getting new glasses) as the spring on my existing case had gone.

Bought two pairs of glasses in two separate occasions, pleased with the service and quality of the products, highly recommended.

Great service. I had an irritated eye and the optometrist and receptionist did what they could to squeeze me in for an appointment very last minute. Very knowledgeable and helpful optometrist!
